We Love Our Staff
We are a family at Bob's. We have staff that has been working for us for over 10 years. Some of which are families! We have a workplace family that we feel is truly unique. Every summer we close Bobs for 2 days to take our staff rafting. We close to celebrate big birthdays and go ax throwing, bowling, and golf. We also have our annual Christmas party and 100% of our staff will be there. Bob and I love the kids that work for us and have worked for us. Also - our kitchen Manager has been with us since the beginning! Restaurants typically have a huge turn over and we do not.
We are proud of that.
